Meet Our Team

GT-Insights was launched in 2018 to help emerging and midsized companies scale and grow operations, and become acquisition-ready. The GT-Insights team has vast, technical, business and investment experience developing and commercializing technologies and growing technology companies. Beyond experience in business management and finance (including venture capital and M&A), company’s founders each have more than 30-years of hands-on experience with systems, operations, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. By especially leveraging its founders’ experience in operations and logistics, GT-Insights aims to help small and midsize companies to institute affordable solutions to streamline and manage operations, so that these can scale, grow, and better maximize their potential.

Joseph Frasko is a serial entrepreneur with direct experience in multiple startups and exits. His passion is empowering business owners to unlock the inherent value in their business thereby giving them control of their company and life. Joseph’s unique combination of personal experience, expertise in operational excellence, value building, and exit planning make him uniquely qualified in guiding business owners and helping them architect their ideal work-life balance, and ultimately, harvesting business value at a time of their choosing. Co-founder of Aurora Capital, a SaaS based business consulting and software company in New York, Mr. Frasko currently holds the CBSP (Certified Business Systems Professional), CVBA (Certified Value Builder), and CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) designations. He lives in New York and enjoys spending time with his wife, many children, and grandchildren.

Dr. Tuchman is a seasoned executive with 30+ years of hands-on technical, operational, business and investment experience, Dr. Tuchman has served as CEO, President, COO and CTO of companies, as a board director, venture capitalist, and strategy and management consultant. Expert at leading companies and bringing technologies from concept to market, Dr. Tuchman has decades of experience managing in-house and outsourced development of innovative technologies in industrial, government and academic settings. He also has first-hand experience in research and development of innovative materials, devices, hardware, software and systems for commercial, industrial, and defense applications. Dr. Tuchman is also Managing Partner at TechnoVentures, LLC where he has helped dozens of companies to develop and commercialize products, services or solutions based on very diverse & innovative technologies.
